This retreat is to discover who you truly are and to inquire into your very Nature, without bypassing your shadow sides, and the hidden unconscious patterns which often stand in the way of a life lived from the true Self.

In the morning we will have a Silent Sitting (if possible at the lake), followed by a Vinyasa Yoga practice, Self-Inquiry, excerpts from Spiritual Psychotherapy and Nature Walks in the afternoon, and Satsang in the evening. One evening we will have a Dance.

The Retreat Center, Shambala Gathering (shambala.gatherings), is a wonderful place, surrounded by Nature, directly at a lake, with a floating sauna. The place is held by a beautiful couple Johan and Jenny, who are themselves on a deep spiritual path since years.

I feel blessed to offer this retreat there.

There is different ways to stay at Shambala:
In your own tent, Glamping, in rooms (double, triple), some few single rooms.

From Stockholm there are 2 fast trains per day. It takes you 2.20hours to get there; it’s a beautiful ride through Swedens nature and animal life. You will be picked up at the train station Skinnskatteberg, which is 5 Min. from the Center. Check: omio.com
